Our commitment to responsible gaming at db67
Gaming is for entertainment — not a source of income. db67 places the highest importance on every player's mental well-being and financial security.
Why is responsible gaming important?
db67 believes that online gaming is enjoyable only when played with awareness.
Online gaming is a form of entertainment. At db67, we want every player to play with enjoyment and stay aware of their own limits. Responsible gaming means controlling how much time and money you spend, and seeking help when needed. Our platform offers multiple protective tools to help you play mindfully.
Millions of players in Bangladesh enjoy cricket betting, slots, and live casino at db67. We want that experience to always remain positive. That is why we provide deposit limits, self-exclusion, and time-out features — so you can always stay in control.
Our protection tools
db67 provides these tools to protect players, accessible directly from account settings.
Deposit Limit
Set a limit on how much you deposit daily, weekly, or monthly. Once the limit is reached, no further deposits will be possible automatically. This is a simple way to keep your budget under control.
Time-Out Feature
If you want to pause playing temporarily, set a time-out — from 1 day up to 6 weeks. During this period, logging into your account or placing any bet will be automatically blocked.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, request self-exclusion. Activating it will close your account permanently or for a specified period.
History and Tracking
Your betting history, deposits, and withdrawal records can be viewed from your account at any time. Review your own spending and check for yourself whether you are going beyond your limits.
Age Verification (21+)
db67 strictly prohibits registration by anyone under 21. Age is verified at the time of registration. Parents can use parental control software on minors' devices.
24/7 Support
Our Bangla-speaking live chat support team is available around the clock for any questions or concerns about responsible gaming. You can also reach us by email: [email protected]
